Big Relief in Blue World City's Development Charges

In a significant move, Blue World City (BWC) has announced a reduction in its development charges after extensive consultations and suggestions from the real estate community and its members. BWC is thrilled to announce significant changes to ease financial burdens and accelerate development progress. This initiative reflects BWC’s dedication to making development more affordable and accessible for its community.

Reduced Development Charges:

Initially, a uniform development charge of Rs. 230,000 per marla was announced. Recognizing the concerns and furiousness of existing members, BWC has implemented a revised structure.

Now, development charges range from Rs. 120,000 to Rs. 150,000 per marla, offering a substantial cost reduction. This revised structure ensures affordability while ensuring necessary funds for development.

Blue World City is a new City

It’s important to understand that BWC isn’t just a housing society; it’s a vision for a new, world-class city. Saad Nazir, a key figure at BWC, has revealed that the actual development cost per marla falls between Rs. 230,000 and Rs. 300,000. This means BWC itself absorbs a significant portion of the development cost, demonstrating its commitment to the project and its members.

To encourage prompt payments, BWC announced that members who pay their development charges early will receive possession of the a plot and a further rebate. BWC rewards those who plan. Members who paid their development charges early received additional benefits:

  • Fast-Track Possession: Early payment has unlocked possession opportunities for some members. BWC identified unutilized plots due to non-performance and allocated them to early-paying members, expediting their path to owning a piece of Blue World City.
  • Extended Deadline: In response to requests from BWC members, the deadline for paying development charges has been extended from June 30 to July 14. This extension provides additional time for members to take advantage of the reduced rates and early payment incentives.
