What is APR Waiver Adjustment?
APR Waiver Adjustment allows customers to reduce their development charges by up to 50%. This special offer is available to both General and OS Block customers.
The adjustment values based on the registration year are as follows:

These adjustments can significantly reduce the total amount of your development charges.
Important Notes to Remember
- Residential Only: APR adjustment is available only for residential registrations. Commercial registrations are not eligible.
- No Double Discounts: Existing discounts on development charges paid through bank or cash will not apply if you choose APR adjustments.
- Plot Relocation: Current offers for plot relocation in early possession areas are valid only for lump sum payments made through bank or cash. Payments via APR adjustments do not qualify for plot relocation.
- Limited Time Offer: This APR Adjustment facility is only available until July 31st, 2024.
