We are delighted to share with you that the ballot draws for several blocks in Blue World City are scheduled to take place during the auspicious month of Ramadan-ul-Mubarak, by the grace of Allah. Specifically, the ballots for the following blocks are forthcoming:
- Blue World City General Block Phase – 2 (first)
- OS Block Phase -2
- Awami Block (second)
- Waterfront Block (second)
- Sports Valley Block (first)
We are also excited to reveal the much-awaited details about the locations of General Block Phase – 2 and OS Block Phase -2.
The General Block Phase – 2 has been relocated to an area adjacent to the DHA- Phase 9 site, where plans for an International City are underway! Similarly, the OS Phase -2 ballot will be held in the vicinity of the existing Gen/OS Block Phase -1 site.
This serves as a final call for members interested in participating in these ballots, as the open ballot entries will be closing on March 15, 2024, with no further extensions. Furthermore, all other notifications have also been extended for the last time until March 15, 2024.
