Then after the acquisition of land, the Society again applied for the new NOC of further purchased land for the development. However the development in the society is already in full swing on 30,000 Kanals of land at the moment and anybody can see the progressive work of the society anytime.

Plot Possession
The possession of plots will take a period of a minimum of 4 years for those who are paying on installments in Blue World City The possession of land also depends on the development time span of the society which may further depend on other factors such as the time of issuance of permission from NOC, completing the installments of the plot, or other natural causes.
